Stabiroll is the first all-in-one product designed for stabilizing soil as well as soil around water troughs and all wet areas.

Stabiroll is an extruded PE with a 250 g (0.55 lbs)/m² non-woven coating. In rolls for easier and faster installation in your fields.

Stabiroll avoids the rise of stones which can create lesions on the claws which promote the development of pathologies and lameness.

Shock-absorbing, the Dairy Scratchy “ORIGINAL” avoids injuries caused by jostling (concrete and metal parts). This system therefore provides an essential component to overall cow comfort. In addition, the multiple scratching points in the barn prevents competition-linked stress behavior by dominant animals.

The Dairy Scratchy is a moulded rubber product. For cows features, the vertical Dairy Scratchy is made up of:

– An upper 1000mm (39.3″) area with 32mm (1.25″) thick studs.

– A lower 500mm (19.6″) area with a plain surface.

High speed air flow to beat heat stress.

The Cyclone 360 recirculation fan is available in 52 and 72″ depending on the architecture of the buildings. You have the possibility to adapt the speed of the fan to the animal’s needs for optimal reduction of animal’s body temperature. The Cyclone 360 diffuses a high air speeds of 0.5 (1.6′) to 1.5 (4.9′) m/s on the back of the cow which provide optimal cow cooling. The function of the fan is to remove the insulating layer of heat and reactivate heat exchange through the skin.

The Cyclone 360 is equipped with a brushless motor (2000 watt at 300 RPM), which ensures low consumption. You can save up to 32% on electricity use compared to a standard fan, to save 250€/year. (Calculation based on Mortagne-sur-Sèvre T°/Cyclone360-72”).
