Bovine Pregnancy ELISA Test Kit

This product is based on double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. After adding the diluted serum sample into the coated microwells, if the serum sample contains the pregnancy associated protein (antigen), it can be combined with the coated antibody and then captured by the enzyme conjugate. Unbound conjugate is washed away and substrate solution is added. The content of antigen is measured according to the colour depth. Colour development is proportional to the amount of pregnancy associated protein.
